Summer is coming closer

Another busy week has passed, but post Hmie we are beginning to see the light of the holidays.

P123 and the Nursery had their final den building session this week with the ranger and we now have a lovely den covered with foliage and branches in the Nursery Garden.

P45 have loved designing trainers, there has been some really super designs made, we have a creative bunch of pupils in that class.  Next week we will begin work on some paper trainers and an advertising campaign.

P67 have been getting ready for the K factor and the end of term memories of P7.

A school newsletter should be out in children's school bags this afternoon and the web edition should appear after the weekend.

Next week P45 and P67 are going on a trip to Auchterawe to do some work in the forest with the ranger, I am sure that that will be fun.

P67 are travelling to Landmark on Thursday as a reward for good behaviour this term.

P123 are performing a concert to Mrs Walker.

So lots to look forward to, I hope that many of you will attend the school prize giving on Friday at 10.00am at the Church of Scotland.  We have many prizes to be given out and a number of presentations, so we would love you to join us in our celebrations.

If you wish your child to have a canteen lunch on Friday please tell Mrs Curly by Wednesday morning.  The school bus will leave school at 12.40 on Friday.  Pupils can leave school after the church service if their parents are in attendance and happy for them to do so.  If not they will be dismissed from school at 12.00.
Bus pupils will wait in bus class until 12.40.

So the count down begins! yipppppppppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

All the very best wishes

W S Scollay
